We are rebranding the incredible Sho-Tai® and taking it to a new level under the name Aurakinetics.

We use a combination of a few different methods and techniques, such as reading the eyes, reading the tongue, and an advanced muscle test to help determine the body’s levels of health. It’s an advanced, non-invasive combination of techniques that does not use equipment, machinery, or chemicals to determine ailments in the body. Aurakinetics is a simple, safe, and natural method of techniques used to perform physical, structural, and nutritional analysis of the human body. A deficiency in any of these areas could cause or contribute to various acute or chronic health problems.

Our food grade products and nutritional supplements have been developed from many years of experience and hard work to ensure our customers get the highest quality products possible for their health, enjoyment, and satisfaction.

We are not acting as your medical doctor; we are providing insight to your health when maybe no one else can.

Health is a Lifestyle

One of the biggest contributors to sickness is a limiting mindset.

When trying to reach a certain level of health or freedom from dis-ease in the body, we must start and focus on the mindset first. Otherwise, true health cannot take form.

Our nervous system is what tells our body and cells how to act and what to do. If we are constantly in a state of stress, that’s the message our cells and organs are receiving all the time. Therefore, no matter how much you work out, eat right, and supplement, without changing the narrative of your life and how stressed you feel, reaching your health goals will always feel like an uphill battle.

Luckily…we are here to help!

Even with taking the proper nutrition for your body and eliminating the problematic foods (eg. cheese, wheat), you will need to change your mindset on how you see and live your life in order to fully experience health.
There are many contributing factors to what makes a person sick or healthy—nutrition deficiency, excess of food, emotional, mechanical (neck out of place), spiritual (your MIND, what you focus on and believe).

By taking the supplements and watching what you eat, you are 80% on your way to feeling better. However, if you are constantly in a stressful environment (emotional), or your back is badly out of place (mechanical), or you are focusing on the negative things in your life everyday (spiritual), you will not get better!

What We Offer

Eye and Tongue Reading

Accurate analysis of iris and sclera structures and pigmentation provides information about clients that is hard to find through other methods. Iridology is becoming a widely practiced assessment tool in both the physical and psychological health fields. It is based on the scientific study of the eye—the white and coloured part of the eye. Like markings on a map, the eye reveals physiological conditions, psychological health risks, challenges, and/or strengths of various organs and personality traits.

Muscle Therapy

Muscle Energy Therapy (MET) is a manual therapy that uses the gentle muscle contractions of the patient to relax and lengthen muscles and normalize joint motion. These techniques can be applied safely to almost any joint in the body. It is mainly used by individuals who have a limited range of motion due to facet joint dysfunction in the neck and back, and for broader areas such as shoulder pain, scoliosis, sciatica, unsymmetrical legs, hips, or arms, or to treat chronic muscle pain, stiffness, or injury.

Emotional Therapy

Identified as one of the five ways someone can become ill—a person is unable to resolve an emotional state—the emotion may become “trapped,” residing within a specific area of the body, affecting a person’s health. The process of ERT identifies where the emotion resides, allowing the practitioner to remove it using acupressure. Once removed, that area of the body can begin to return to a normal state of function.

Nutritional Herbs and Supplements

There are two main categories of herbs: actual medicinal or medical type herbs used in medicine, and nutritional food-based herbs; essentially concentrated forms of food. As experienced herbalists, we are trained in the employment of both, but often find that nutritional food-based herbs do most of the work we need done. Rarely do we give “raw” herbs; typically our herbs are blends of two or more components that change the effect of the main herbal ingredient, making it more effective and absorbable into the human body.

Muscle Kinesiology (Electricity Resistance Testing)

Applied Kinesiology (AK) is also known as muscle testing or manual muscle testing (MMT). The basic idea behind AK is similar to one of Sir Isaac Newton’s Laws of Motion, which states, “For every action in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction.” AK takes this concept and applies it to the human body. This means that any internal issues you may be experiencing would be accompanied by a related muscle weakness.

Foot Detox Therapy

This therapy opens up room in your system for cellular rejuvenation. It purges heavy metals and toxins from your system. It also reduces high acid levels that may be caused by poor digestion, eating wrong combinations of food, scar tissue, injuries, etc. It reduces acids in your body, promoting an alkaline state which assists healing from the inside.
